Add a little water or oil if the pasta is dry, or more flour if it’s too sticky. It shouldn’t stick to your hands or tools.

I recently enrolled in a course to learn more about holistic nutrition and become a certified health coach! Don't worry, though. The blog isn't going anywhere.

My goal is to be able to learn more to not only help myself and improve my arthritis symptoms but also help others with their own health journey through science-backed information and delicious recipes, of course! Stay tuned for more updates as I progress through the course.
