👩🏻‍🍳 Intentional Tip:

When it comes to brownies, don’t skip the cool-down time! Letting them rest in the pan for at least 30–60 minutes (or longer!) helps them set properly and intensifies the flavor.
And here’s a bonus: both the brownies and the pumpkin bread freeze beautifully. Wrap tightly and freeze in slices for an easy treat you can enjoy anytime.

❤️ Personal Note

I recently finished reading Breath by James Nestor (affiliate link), and it was incredibly eye-opening. The way we breathe impacts everything from energy and focus to stress and digestion. One simple practice I’ve been using? Just taking a few slow, deep breaths before meals. It helps me ground myself and approach food (and life) with a little more presence.
