👩🏻‍🍳 Chef Tip:

When working with frozen puff pastry, be sure to let it thaw completely in the fridge before working with it. If it starts to get too soft or sticky while you’re prepping, just pop it back in the fridge for a few minutes to firm up again.

❤️ Personal Note:

I’m in the final stretch of my health coach training with just about 6 weeks to go! Lately, we’ve been diving into our personal beliefs around food. A lot of times, we carry stories like “I’m bad at eating healthy” or “I always mess up my routine”.

The reality, though, is that those thoughts are just patterns, not facts. If you’ve ever struggled with the pressure to “get it right,” this is your reminder that it's about progress, not perfection!
