Want perfectly cooked salmon every time? Use a kitchen thermometer!
The key to tender, flaky salmon is pulling it from the oven right when it hits 145°F at the thickest part. No more guesswork, dry fish, or overcooked dinners—just juicy, flavorful results every single time.

❤️ Personal Note

One of the recent modules I worked on with school focused on plant-forward eating. Even small shifts toward more veggies, legumes, fruits, and whole grains can boost energy, gut health, and mood. It’s not about restriction or labels, but about adding more variety to your plate and taking advantage of all of those nutrients.
