As we head into fall, it’s a great time to start adding more warm and comforting meals to your rotation. Pumpkin isn’t just for sweets! It’s naturally rich, creamy, and works beautifully in savory dishes, too.

Try adding it to pasta (like this week’s Pumpkin Alfredo), blending it into soups, or stirring it into risotto for a seasonal twist. It's an easy way to shift into a cozier rhythm in the kitchen.

❤️ Personal Note

In school, we have been focusing on what it means to embrace your whole self. This doesn't mean just physically, but emotionally and energetically too. Through practice coaching sessions, I’ve loved being able to hold space for others as they reconnect with themselves and start making shifts that truly feel aligned. This integrative approach is exactly why I started this journey. I want to help people find healing not just in what they eat, but how they live.
