As the school year approaches, dinner can quickly feel like another thing on the never-ending to-do list. This is your reminder: the slow cooker is your friend.
Whether it's a simple soup, shredded chicken, or a cozy pasta dish, prepping earlier in the day can take the pressure off later.
And if plans change or you end up eating out or relying on leftovers—give yourself grace. It’s not about perfection. It’s about connection at the table, whatever that looks like that day.

This week marks the halfway point in my health coach training—hard to believe how fast it’s going!

I'm starting to practice my coaching skills with other students and a few amazing friends who volunteered to be my practice clients. Every week continues to teach me something new—not just about wellness, but about listening, holding space, and trusting that real change starts with simple, consistent support.
