❤️ Personal Note

Lately, in my health coach program, we’ve been learning about brain health and positive psychology, and it’s really been shifting how I look at my own daily habits. It’s amazing how things like the food we eat, moving our bodies, and even practicing gratitude can actually change how our brains work and how we feel.

I’ve been loving this part of the program—it feels so hopeful to know there are small things we can do every day to support a happier, healthier brain. If you’re curious to learn more, one of my favorite resources is Dr. Daniel Amen on Instagram.
