❤️ Personal Note

For those who are unfamiliar, I’m currently enrolled in a health coach training program offered by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Lately, we’ve been exploring how emotional health is connected to physical wellness—such as tuning into your inner child and truly listening to your body’s needs.

It’s been a great reminder that health isn’t just about what’s on your plate, but how you care for yourself as a whole. I’m excited to start weaving more of that into what I share here.
